The customer of this project comes from the automotive supplies channel and hopes to develop a fragrance product suitable for in-car use. The customer is concerned about product appearance, fragrance longevity, usage safety, and packaging cost, and hopes the product is suitable for bulk sales. Based on the customer's needs, we provided multiple car air freshener solutions, including hanging car air fresheners, wooden lid car air fresheners, air vent air fresheners, and refill solutions. The customer ultimately chose the hanging car air freshener solution suitable for retail channel sales. In terms of fragrance types, we recommended directions such as marine, citrus, white tea, woody, cologne, and fresh floral. Considering the small interior space of the car, we focused on adjusting the fragrance intensity to avoid an overpowering scent while ensuring a certain scent retention effect. In terms of packaging, the product uses custom labels and color box packaging, suitable for automotive supply stores, e-commerce channels, and gift sales. This project helped the customer improve their car air freshener product line and enhance product differentiation.
